Local Guessr — Privacy Policy / プライバシーポリシー

はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、ローカルげっさー（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

取得する情報

  • 位置情報（精密）：お題の目標地点と現在地との距離を計算し、ヒントを提供するために使用します。位置情報はデバイス上でのみ処理され、外部サーバーに送信されません。
  • カメラ・写真：チャレンジクリア時に現場の写真を撮影するために使用します。撮影した写真はデバイス内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されません。

情報の利用目的

  • ゲームプレイ機能の提供（距離計算・ヒント表示）
  • クリア記録の保存
  • 広告の表示（下記「広告について」を参照）

第三者への情報提供

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を販売・貸与・開示しません。ただし、以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、それぞれの規約に従ってデータが処理される場合があります。

広告について

本アプリは Google AdMob を利用して広告を表示しています。AdMob はデバイス識別子や利用状況を収集し、パーソナライズ広告を提供する場合があります。広告設定は iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から変更できます。

データの保存・セキュリティ

位置情報・写真・ゲーム記録はすべてお使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへの送信は行いません。アプリを削除することで、すべてのデータが消去されます。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満の個人情報を収集しません。

本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後もアプリをご利用いただいた場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

This Privacy Policy describes how Local Guessr ("the App") handles your information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

  • Precise Location: Used to calculate the distance between your current location and the challenge target, and to provide directional hints. Location data is processed on-device only and never sent to external servers.
  • Camera & Photos: Used to take a photo of the location when you clear a challenge. Photos are stored only on your device and never transmitted externally.

How We Use Information

  • To provide core gameplay features (distance calculation, hints)
  • To save your clear records locally
  • To display advertisements (see "Advertising" below)

Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. The App uses the following third-party services, which may process data under their own privacy policies:

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can adjust ad tracking preferences in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Data Storage & Security

Location data, photos, and game records are stored solely on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers. Deleting the App removes all associated data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
